Built from experience.
Our founder, Mercedes, is a Licensed Esthetician and the owner of The Guest House, a wax and skin studio in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. The Providers HQ grew out of running that business.
Finding space, hiring help, learning the business and managing clients meant jumping between a dozen different sites. No platform brought it all together, so we filled in the blanks.
Community, room rentals, jobs, education and paid virtual consultations in one place, built for Licensed Beauty Service Providers.
The admin side of a beauty business is complicated. The Providers HQ streamlines it so you can spend your time on the work you love.
Every member uploads a valid license and certificate of insurance before getting access, so pros and clients know who they are working with.
Community, room rentals, jobs, education and the marketplace are free. You only pay if you upgrade to the Virtual Esthetician plan.
How We Verify Every Member.
1. Upload a license
Every provider uploads a current professional license showing their name, license type, issuing state and expiration date.
2. Upload proof of insurance
Providers also upload a certificate of insurance showing active professional liability coverage.
3. Our team reviews it
We review both documents before an account is approved. Until then, the account can't list rooms, apply for jobs, join the community or offer consultations.
4. Keep it current
Members agree to keep their license and insurance current. Accounts with expired or invalid documents can be suspended.
5. Check it yourself
Anyone can confirm a license with the state board that issued it. Most boards offer a free online lookup.

It confirms the documents were provided and reviewed. It isn't an endorsement of anyone's skill or results, so ask questions and read reviews before you book.
