This Privacy Policy explains how The Providers HQ ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit theprovidershq.com and the-providers-hq.webflow.io (the "Site") or use our platform at the-providers-hq.tangram.co (the "Platform"). Questions: admin@theprovidershq.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, location and password.
- Credentials: license type, number, state and expiration date, a copy of your license and your certificate of insurance.
- Profile and listing content: photos, bios, services, prices, room listings and job posts you publish.
- Bookings and payments: appointment details and payment records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Consultation information: intake answers and photos a client chooses to share with the esthetician they book, which may include skin concerns, medications and allergies.
- Messages and support: messages between members and emails you send us.
- Email sign-ups: your email address if you join our newsletter or client list.
- Usage data: device, browser, pages visited and cookies set by our website host and platform provider. If we add analytics tools, they will collect similar data.
How we use information
- Run the Site and Platform and create your account
- Review licenses and insurance before approving accounts
- Process bookings, subscriptions, payouts and fees
- Send service messages, reminders and, if you opt in, marketing emails
- Keep the Platform safe and prevent fraud and misuse
- Improve our services and comply with the law
How we share information
- With other members, as needed: provider profiles and listings are public; a client's intake information goes only to the esthetician they book.
- With service providers who run parts of our service for us, such as our platform provider (Tangram), payment processor (Stripe), website host (Webflow), automation and email tools, and community software.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms or protect anyone's safety.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
Health-related information
The Providers HQ is not a healthcare provider, and estheticians do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Share only what your esthetician needs to help you, and ask them how they store intake forms and photos.
Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
- Update most account details in your profile
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email
- Ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing admin@theprovidershq.com
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests as the law requires.
Children
The Site and Platform are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, notify members by email.
