The Providers HQ is free to join. You pay only if you upgrade to the Virtual Esthetician plan to offer paid consultations. Here is every fee in one place.

What's free

  • A verified account (license and insurance checked)
  • The professional community
  • Browsing and posting jobs
  • Listing and renting treatment rooms and suites
  • The education library

Plans and fees

  • Virtual Esthetician plan: $59/month, the only paid plan
  • Platform fee on video consultations: 4% of each consultation
  • Card processing: Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30¢ per payment in the US), deducted from your payout
  • Room and suite rentals: 0% booking fee

How payouts work

Payments run through Stripe. When a client books and pays, your share goes to your connected Stripe account and Stripe sends it to your bank on its standard payout schedule, which in the US is typically about two business days.

Example

On a $60 video consultation, the 4% platform fee is $2.40 and Stripe's card processing is $2.04, so you keep $55.56. Two consultations a month more than cover the $59 plan.
