The Providers HQ keeps pricing simple. Joining is free for every verified esthetician and beauty pro. There is one paid plan, the Virtual Esthetician plan at $59 a month, for pros who want to offer paid video consultations. Each consultation carries a 4% platform fee, and that's it.

Every account starts free after license and insurance verification. You get the professional community, room rentals with a 0% booking fee, jobs and gigs, and the education library. Free doesn't include paid virtual consultations or the virtual esthetician courses and spaces.
Virtual Esthetician plan: $59/month

What you pay per consultation
On a $60 video consultation:
- 4% platform fee: $2.40
- Stripe card processing (2.9% + 30¢): $2.04

Two consultations a month more than cover the $59 plan. Room and suite rentals carry no booking fee.
Frequently asked questions
Is there more than one paid plan?
No. The Virtual Esthetician plan is the only paid plan. Everything else on The Providers HQ is free.
Who pays the card processing fee?
Stripe's standard processing comes out of each consultation payout, the same as most booking platforms. The 4% platform fee is separate and there are no other fees.
Is AI skin analysis included?
Photo-based skin analysis is coming soon. Members on the Virtual Esthetician plan will hear about it first.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account settings. The plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
